Established in 2023, LAKSHYA – The Defence Club of YCCE was founded through the dedicated efforts and vision of its core team. The club was initiated under the leadership of its first President, Mr. Rajan Lothe (CE), along with former President Mr. Soham Weginwar and former Secretary Ms. Yugandhara Jagtap (CSE-AIML), whose collective commitment laid a strong foundation for its growth and impact.

Guided by the motto of inspiring and preparing youth for careers in the Indian Armed Forces and Civil Services, LAKSHYA strives to instill essential values such as patriotism, discipline, leadership, and resilience among students.

The club actively organizes a wide spectrum of events, including motivational sessions, guest lectures by distinguished personalities, SSB-oriented competitive activities, patriotic cultural programs, communication and public speaking competitions, structured training sessions, and defence exposure visits. These initiatives are designed to provide holistic development and practical insights to aspiring candidates.

LAKSHYA’s primary objective is to nurture a sense of national pride and awareness among students, support and mentor defence and civil service aspirants, promote leadership and discipline, enable meaningful interactions with defence professionals, and cultivate a responsible, committed, and service-oriented youth community.
